Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options through USPS:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First-Class or Priority Mail)

    • Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination

    • Available for all U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses

  • Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express)

    • Estimated delivery: 1-2 business days

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout

    • Orders placed before 4 p.m. (ET) on business days will be processed the same day

Processing & Handling

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    • Orders placed after 4 p.m. (ET) will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

  • Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather-related disruptions.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Vital Docs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the package has been handed over to USPS.

  • If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first.

  • If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting USPS or your local post office.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at thevitaldocs@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS.
